Personal: Sleep

Your sleep is reasonably optimised, scoring 49 %.
You said you do not have a problem with sleep, but there are times when you feel sleepy and ideally shouldn't - your personalised advice below will help you improve your score.
This was the result of my Sleep Profiler, a page from BBC.co.uk wherein you answer some set of questions that will help you determine how well you sleep.

Some notable advices for me from the site, which I think I should follow...try to follow, that is.
  • If getting to sleep is a problem, remove distractions from your bedroom if you can. (goodbye PSP? Nah! :P)
  • If keeping alert is your goal and you want to cut down your caffeine intake, try taking a short nap when you feel sleepy. (hrmmm...I think I should follow this one)
  • Current research shows a short 15 minute nap is more effective than a cappuccino at beating tiredness.
  • Having a time to calm down after a hectic day is important - try taking a bath, reading a book or taking a gentle walk outside.
  • There's new evidence that hormones released during sexual activity can promote sleep. (I didn't select the "Engage in sexual activity" option in any of the questions...hmmmm...)
Speaking of which, it's time for my goodnight sleep. :)
